How it all started
After a catalogue of horrendous moments of sexism, discrimination, and failings from an infrastructure not set up for entrepreneurial women, Grace Carter - the founder of Business & Babies, as well as an established businesswoman in her own right - decided it was time for change. She took matters into her own hands and built the resources, community and campaign that she'd needed to help others like her.
At Business & Babies, we are not only building a supportive community for entrepreneurial parents but also driving systemic change. Our campaign focuses on three key areas that significantly impact working parents and business owners, Finance, Childcare and Discrimination.
Through lobbying, strategic partnerships, and mobilising our growing network of ambassadors, we are working to ensure these issues remain a priority for policymakers and industry leaders.

Held in London at The Conduit this past November, the Resilience Summit 2024 brought together parents in business for a morning of inspiration and connection. Featuring expert speakers and valuable networking opportunities, the summit focused on building resilience professionally and personally, leaving attendees with fresh insights and a supportive community to help them thrive.
